The Four Pass Loop: Know Before You Go
The 4PL is an iconic backpacking trip located near Aspen, Colorado. I was lucky enough to get permits and complete this hike July 7-10, 2024 with a couple of friends. The logistics of this hike can be challenging, so I wanted to create a blog post with all of the information you will need to “know before you go”. A couple of the most important things you can do, prior to the hike, are take the Aspen Pledge and make sure you’re well informed on all Leave No Trace principles
